ALSF-2

The Approach Lighting System with Sequence Flashers – CAT II (ALSF-2) consists of rows of five white variable-intensity light units placed at longitudinal intervals of 30 metres commencing 30 metres from the threshold and extending for a total distance of 720 metres. This type of approach system is used to support low visibility operations.
