Overdue, in respect of an aircraft, means an aircraft for which an arrival report has not been filed. The time limit in which to file an arrival report is dependant on whether or not a flight plan or flight itinerary has been filed and whether or not a SAR time has been specified.
- Flight Plan: An arrival report must be filed within one hour after the last reported estimated time of arrival or by the search and rescue notification time if specified in the flight plan.
- Flight Itinerary: An arrival report must be filed within twenty four hours after the last reported estimated time of arrival or by the search and rescue notification time if specified in the flight plan.
