Effect of Humidity on Density

The amount of water vapour in the air influences the density. Water vapour is relatively light compared to Oxygen and Nitrogen, the dominant components in air. When the water vapour content increases in moist air the amount of Oxygen and Nitrogen is decreased per unit volume and the density of the mix decreases since the total mass is reduced.

Humid air is less dense than dry air.
